Tryon Palace / Engagement Session / Allison & James / April 20, 2022

So MY GIRL Allison IS ENGAGED!!!!!! You may recognize this beauty, Allison is the owner of Vanilla Bean Bake Shoppe. She’s such a talented artist and the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. I’m so luck to call her my friend and grateful she asked me to captured her special day. Allison and James did not disappoint either! When Allison told me that she wanted have their pictures done at Tryon Palace (I literally did a little happy dance) I haven’t been their since 2016!!!! WHAT?!

Allison decided to go with a beautiful dress from Ivy City Co. The details on this dress were just to die for and the perfect shade of blue! She also made an outfit change during the end of the session. She chose an all white pant suit with red heels and I love that James picked those out. (how sweet) Let’s talk about how perfect the weather was! WOW! Sunny and in the mid 60’s. The perfect weather for an engagement session!

So funny story… during the end of the engagement session I asked Allison to hop on James’ back and she looked at me like really??? ha ha! I said yes, it would be so much fun! Bless Allison’s heart… she tried and tried but it just didn’t seem to work with her pant suit. Anyways, we all enjoyed a good laugh and I captured some funny memories! Go ahead and take a look!
